1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and tk711 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk711 website located at tk711.io and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, placing a bet, wagering on any casino game, or otherwise using any part of the tk711 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.6 Refused or Reversed Transactions

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market. In the event of a dispute over settlement, the decision of tk711's trading team is final.

5.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and connection integrity. tk711 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted in error — including those accepted after a match result has been determined — may be voided at tk711's discretion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All such offers are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus subject to a 10x wagering requirement requires ৳10,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). 6.4 Bonus Expiry

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk711 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law:

8 Suspension & Account Closure

8.2 Permanent Closure by tk711

In cases of confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or use of prohibited tools — tk711 reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account, void all pending bets and transactions, and forfeit the account balance where permitted by applicable law.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your tk711 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any outstanding bonus obligations will be reviewed. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened subject to identity re-verification.

8.4 Self-Exclusion
